Recruitment is a transaction-intensive, unpredictable, reactive and chaotic activity with a lot of human emotions thrown in. In short Recruitment remains a challenging and unenviable task of having to please multiple stakeholders within stiff timelines.

Our attempt has been to make Recruitment like an assembly line and convert it into a proactive process.

Recruitment is both an art and a science.

The art of understanding a requirement, the ability to read a resume and make necessary inferences, interacting with other human beings, evaluating them, establishing a relationship with them, negotiating with them and the ability to persuade and influence, are all components of the art which can never be automated and taught but can only be learnt and honed.

Automation of the recruitment process facilitates the reduction of the drudgery associated with the job.

The recruiter is the moving force behind the recruiting organization. He is there to provide services to stakeholders, the applicant and the hiring organization. Our attempt, through our product offering is to, Empower the recruiter, to execute his responsibilities with ease.

Thanks are due to the Late Divakar Maddipatla for instilling the importance of processes, detail orientation and the meticulousness in following up every transaction to its logical conclusion. Working with Divakar and GK Rao between 1995 – 1998 and learning the tricks of the trade has been the greatest joy of my life. GK, was never reactive, would take his own time to understand each and every transaction and plan, and then execute it marvelously. Like Divakar he never missed anything, not even a Comma in a report!!.

Frustration with mediocrity is something that bothers most of us. But very few channelise this frustration to create a centre of excellence. Raghu is one of the few. Pranav has been his endeavour to create a product driven by his passion for excellence. Passion is a driving force for all entrepreneurs but then perseverance is what keeps an entrepreneur going inspite of numerous challenges and failed attempts. If passion is the engine of the entrepreneurial vehicle, perseverance is the fuel. Raghu is an ardent driver of this vehicle.

2005 was the year, Pranav took birth. It germinated from Raghu's deep insight of the recruitment function, the nitty gritties of the processes and most importantly how people in recruitment relate to the activities in recruitment. Pranav is a solution to make the recruitment more efficient, productive and enriching. Since then it has been maturing with times. Today what we see is a powerful application which is in line with developments we see around us. For example, linking Pranav to the mobile for instant communication is one interesting functionality.
