Pranav has been his endeavour to create a product driven by his passion for excellence. Passion is a driving force for all entrepreneurs but then perseverance is what keeps an entrepreneur going inspite of numerous challenges and failed attempts. If passion is the engine of the entrepreneurial vehicle, perseverance is the fuel. Raghu is an ardent driver of this vehicle.

2005 was the year, Pranav took birth. It germinated from Raghu's deep insight of the recruitment function, the nitty gritties of the processes and most importantly how people in recruitment relate to the activities in recruitment. Pranav is a solution to make the recruitment more efficient, productive and enriching. Since then it has been maturing with times. Today what we see is a powerful application which is in line with developments we see around us. For example, linking Pranav to the mobile for instant communication is one interesting functionality.
