Spectrum Consulting has been founded by Raghunath Ramaswamy, who has an overall experience of 20 years in the IT industry.

Raghu, a Masters from IIT Delhi, has a rich experience in diverse areas such as Software Products & Services Marketing, Project Management, Resources Management and Training in US, India, Middle East and Far East. By virtue of his experience he has a good insight and understanding of the software industry, the global markets and the way a software organization should run.

His last assignment was with the Global Resourcing Group of HCL Technologies for 9 years.

During his stint at HCL, as the Head of Global Resourcing group he had accomplished lateral recruitment of over 6,000 software professionals. He is also a Certified Project Management Professional (CPMP) and an avid trainer. He understands the nuances of recruitment in the IT industry and over the years has established an excellent network in the Industry.
