Raghunath Ramaswamy, is a Masters in Mathematics, from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. 1985.

He started his career as a Software Developer and was involved in all the aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle for the first few years of his career. For a significant period of his career until 1995, he was involved in selling Software services and Products, in USA, Middle East, Far East and India.

In 1995 he joined the Global Resourcing Group of HCL Consulting (which eventually evolved into HCL Technologies in 1998-1999) and was involved in a critical operations role involving deployment of 1500 resources in fifteen countries worldwide.

From 1999 to the end of his tenure in 2004, he was the Head of the Global Resourcing Group at HCL Technologies and was involved in lateral recruitment of 6000 Software professionals and most importantly at the lowest cost in the Industry. IN early 2003, Raghu became one of the first recruiters in India to become a certified Project Management Professional and has the distinction of training 75 software professionals in HCL Technologies to pursue their PMP certification.

He was also HCL Technologies representative for the US Consulate relationship and has the distinction of helping the US Consulate in their Anti Fraud activities.

In 2004 he set up Spectrum Consulting.
