We have been using Pranav for the past few years. We have found the tool useful in many ways. It has helped us build a qualitative and quantitative database. The tool also has provided the necessary framework for us to streamline our recruiting activities. We are using Pranav Lite and Waltz. A lot of thought has gone while designing of these products. These products have been designed keeping in mind the recruitment process and are not industry specific. We have found it easy to implement and the recruiters were able to get started with minimal training. Our recruiters have found the product very easy to use and we have been able to cut down the time on mundane activities and focus on our core recruitment activities. Overall the Lite and Waltz editions are 'Bang for the buck'.
